99 TL. THE AC WONT TURN ON. I HEAR NO FANS NOTHING....AN ACCASIONAL BIT OF AIR MIGHT COME OUT BUT NOT COLD AIR.....WUT TO DO?

 

Are you saying that the blower motor won't work at all? If so, take a look at the blower motor connector and see if it's melted. It happens on TL's sometimes, excess resistance in the circuit. The power transistor that controls the blower may have failed as well. Check it out and see what you can find as far as the condition of the plug at the motor.
