oh man you're in for a -- knuckle smashing, wrist bruising, and neighbors hearing you yell swear words, then kicking someone else's dog, and then going back inside-- kinda time. It's kinda tight in there. Dont be like me and be lazy and say "i dont need to unhook the swaybar". You have to take off the UCA for the front suspension, and the swaybar link for the rear to get everything out. Then loosen all your bolts that go to bushings that twist when the suspension compresses so you can get more droop to take out the old set up. Then jack up the control arm with the new springs in ..and retighten the bushing bolts so you dont go thru bushings. Make sure the pigtails on the spring line up perfectly with the nooks in the shock or you wont get the shock back in. lets see..what else...what else...yeah thats really all. Good luck with the bolt in the rear by the gasline, btw. that was soooo rad of honda to do that. Use a slimmer ratchet, short 14mm socket, and a few creative swear words.

When taking out the front shocks, remove the 2 bottom 17mm bolts of the knuckle. It helps in getting the front assembly out.
When taking out the rear, have a friend, preferably heavy-set, step on the knuckle to get enough clearance to pull out the rears. Putting a layer of tape on the 14mm socket help keeps you from losing the nuts on the upper mounts upon dis/reassembly.
Removing the anti-sway bar links really, REALLY helps.
