Default my new grill :P

Well I found a Honda Concerto grill from the UK, and a member on my forum said it'd fit our cars with some modification. Bought it for only $35 shipped! There are aftermarket grills like G-Square/Chargespeed, but they cost over $150, here is my cheap alternative lol.

it's basically a ef civic 5-door?

well here's how it came

and a picture of my stock old grill that i meshed out

and after i got done fitting the concerto grill onto my car

I like it a lot, looks better than my stock one. What do you guys think?

my old mugen replica got obliterated by a rock from a flat bed. I needed something cheap so I wouldnt have to roll w/out a lip.

i though the same thing... is there a way you could trim the back and make it more recessed?

i always wondered what those accord wheels would look like on something else... looks nice

well ever since i got my jdm 1 pieces, the head lights, grill has been sticking out. The jdm lights are for the 92-93, my car is 90-91.

My old grill stuck out the same length.

the grill wont go in any further because they dont fit between my head lights. If i wanted to go a step furthur, i could just slice off 2 inches from the middle, but I like the way it looks and i'm fine with it.

thanks for the feed back ;p

I didn't read anything at first, I just looked at the pictures and I thought you just set the grill on your bumper to see how it would look.

It sticks out too much...

I don't think I really feel it dude....like others stated, it protrudes out too far, and looks completely out of place

if you can recess it a bit and then color match it, I think it'll look better

I dunno if you post on cb7tuner, but there's a thailand accord that has a modified skyline grill that looks very similar but he made his flow pretty nicely

general consensus, "your grill sucks ***, it doesnt fit perfectly."

it's okay, constructive criticism is always good.

For what it is, I like it and in the near future i'll cut it up so it'd sit more flush. However for now, I'm just going to leave it be, no one looks hard enough at my car to notice anything. And it's definitely better looking than my stock one.

looks ugly, needs to sit flush with the headlights - then it'd look decent.
