grinding from tranny....

grinding from tranny....
alright. d16z6. stock 5 speed... and when im driving and i let off the gas and slow down. it grinds like amother ******. i dont know what it is. and then also. my tranny has a leak sumwhere. its covers everything underneath the car. what are all the seals on the tranny? is there one for the input shaft.?... and then the axle seals.
