Default gsr head bolts. are they really reusable?

I read somewhere on here stating that gsr head bolts are reusable while the other's (b18b, b16's) are not. Can someone verify this please. thank you.

No, just replace with headstuds as it's cheap insurance.

I am sure you could get away with reusing them but why run the risk?

I don't know what would make b16s and B18b/a's different from B18c's. Yes, you can re-use them, but it's a lot smarter to get headstuds.

they are reusable but a headbolt streches so you you would need to put a second washer on it to basiclly make it shorter. If you have milled a the head you might whant to put 2 extra ones or depending on how much you milled the head. I have built many budget motors doing this and has never faild me. If you have $120 just get some arp studs.
