P0133 O2 sensor CKT slow response bank 1 sensor 1. What exactly is this? What would happen if I unplug it and switch it with the other O2? It's a 97 Hatch D16Y7, thanks.

 

if the motor is the original one to that car and you have under 150k take it to the dealer any cel on 96-97 civics are covered by a emission waranty, and they have to replace the sensor for free, if not just put an o2 in it
