Default i want to clean my engine

i want to clean my motor because i bought my car used and the owner before me was a girl and i dont think she even changed the oil ever. when i change my oil like 5 min later i check the dip stick to make sure i had enough oil in it and when i looked at the dip stick the oil was jet black, it look like old oil. i want to give my motor an all around good cleaning, inside and out but i dont want to f up my engine. i was told to use a product called seafoam. do you think i should use it or not or is there something else i can use to clean the inside of it. here the link to seafoam.please help me

I have access to a dealership's recon center so we have Malco degreaser which works awesome. Just gotta rinse it ASAP cause even diluted the bitch is strong.

Try Z-max......It has (lynkite-(lean-kite)) in it.It is a molecule that works like oil, to lubricate the motors moving parts. The thing is lynkite is about 50 times smaller then an oil molecule, so it actually gets in side the micro cracks in metal and gives is a (wet)-very lubricated surface.when metal is lubricated that well it breaks down the bonds of carbon build up and gunk **** in the motor.I did a project with a lawn mower at school with it, and it got all the build up out of the motor, but it is not going to fix an extremely abused engine. If you mess up a motor long enough.......you proably just need a new one.
