Default z6 swap problems

i have a 92 civic cx with a z6 swap in it. it bogs down from 3000 and under, after that it will pull pretty strong. in order for it to run the dizzy has to be retarded....even then it still bogs. as it goes closer to advancing it sputters/bogs even worse. i've checked the belt timing and it seems to be on fine.. i've had it checked by two other ppl as well to confirm it. to add to the problem the plugs foul out with fuel flooding them. the motor is stock.

maybe it's running too rich? Check the air/fuel adjustment, the only think i can think of is a faulty distributor or ECU. It would be good if you knew someone you could swap those parts and try it out. That's all i can think of, i hope you find the problem man goodluck

It could also be a vacuum leak, IACV, TPS, MAP, or:

the bog got a little worse, the plugs are back to foul out again, but its still drivable. it now idles up and down from 2000 to 500. if it do decides to stay at a certain idle it would be around 2000. i'm stumped does anyone have any more suggestions
