why am i getting this cel!!! and whats up with the steering.

why am i getting this cel!!! and whats up with the steering.
I get an intrmittent 23 "knock sensor".
sometimes it will come up and sometimes it wont.
the wiring is good.
1 week it will pop up and one week it wont.
also i have power steering removed but diditn loop the lines.
and my steering wheel pulses/wobbles, while i drive.
is this because i didint loop the lines.
