My h22a1 has 130k miles on it. I was wondering if anyone knows how much I could safely boost this motor and what the stock compression ration is? I wanted to put like 6 lbs to it, its got all new seals, water pump, and timing belt, plugs, wires. What you think?

Also does anyone know where I can find a prebent intercooler piping kit? and a tapped oil pan?
