Just do a simple search on H-T and Google. I had the same problem with my Si, but I just searched around on Google and forums and found a fuse box diagram.

Good luck.

Do you mean the gear selection lights next to the shifter (do auto Civics have those?) or do you mean the dash indicator for gear selection in your gauge cluster?

Your bulb is burnt out. There is only 1 bulb in there.

you pop the plastic piece out, you take the old one out, and put a new one in. pretty straight forward dude.
take a couple minutes to look at it and you can figure it out on your own.

That's really strange that you wouldn't have a gear selection in the cluster since '96-'00 Civics with automatics have them.

HX coupe:

What trim is your Civic? You said it was a coupe earlier, but it sounds like you have a manual CX hatch cluster.

Yes.

I'm pretty sure the display next to the shifter is supposed to work, but I don't drive an auto.

It's because your bulb is burnt out. I think there is maybe 4 or 6 phillips screws and you will have it out.
