Project: Nismo-R
Yeah. We started something alright. Our friend Jason went out and bought a $200 sentra, known as Nismo-R. So with no further ado, here it is.
Front. Rattle-Canned flames.
No joke, the supra side skirt is only a half inch off the ground!
Heres the beauty shot.
Good wheel tuck.
Yes, it's true. A Card-Board body kit.
So heres what it is: Sentra. No springs. Stock front bumper. New Supra side skirts. Card-board rear bumper. Yeah, its cool.
Yep.

Although mildly humorous...There are some people that can't afford nicer cars and have to drive things like that. It's pretty sad that you have so muh money to waste that you buy a car to fool around with. BTW: I drove that same car all through high school, minus the flames and body kit...It got me where I wanted to go, and it still is there when I need it. Over 20 years old, and almost 300,000 miles. I just hope one day you are not so unfortunate, and can only drive a car like that.

if you think about it $200 dollars is not a lot of money. You get hours of fun with something like this. By the way thats me scopin out the rear body kit. The car is gonna be off the richter when its done. I hope i get my car next......we'll see...

Exactly. It's hella fun and hella cheap. I've had more fun with the project cars than my real car, you get so much more attention and its free to do whatever you want to the car.

Way back in the day (mid-late 80's) those boxy Sentras were a popular car to modify. I'd see them all around town on 5-stars and deep dish daytons. Car Audio and Electronics magazine attributed their popularity to the cheap price and abundance of parts.
The Topaz, on the other hand, was the "FAT CHICK CAR" at my highschool.
