fields vafc- URGEnT!

ok i drive a 94 integra with a b16 head and b17 block, chipped p28 with a gsr base map. i hoooked up my vafc tonight and got all the wires connectd and everything. i turned it on, went to start the car it turns over and starts up and runs for .2 seconds it revs up to 1000rpm then come down to 0 and shuts off. please help me with what i should ceck!

did you buy the VAFC used? if you did the previous owner probably has a fuel map already prgrammed into it and it isnt working too well with your motor causing it to die.

i know it is chipped wtih a gsr base map
and i would tune it but im pretty sure its a shitty chip
when i give it throttle it stays a live and there is a check engine light on
but my CELs cant be read because of the chip in the ecu
and i reset the fuel programming on the controller to all 0's
please helppp

caue i dunno if its a chitty chip it was in the ecu when ig ot it

Did you run the VAFC through the initial startup or just fire it up.
If you didn't set it up...its default is TOTALLY wrong...for a 6 CYL car...and most likely FLOODING your motor.

i dont have a 6 cylinder car, and all the fel stuff is set on 0 so right now its not controlling that. nothings being flooded
bretty sure wires are crossed wrong somwhere im jsut gonna un hook it and sell it.
and its def not timing cause it ran fine before the isntall

Did the car ever run with this ECU and no VAFC? An ECU with a constant CEL that will not report codes couild be faulty. Did you pull the codes like instructed in the Integra FAQ thread?

i fixed it, i jsut unplugged it and rewired up everything
it was probably me wiring **** up wrong
but it runs now
but now i got a CEL for a cylinder sensor
