Default Which Spring Rates for GC's/Konis on EK ?

what's the ideal spring rates for an EK coupe with Ground Control coilovers on Koni shocks. car is daily driven but is driven aggressively at autocrosses, etc so i don't want them too soft.

i'd heard 350(front)/450(rear) is good. any recommendations?

not sure about EK's
i use 600/600 on a DC2 dd heavy autox

depends how much you want to put up with and what other mods youve done
and how the car handels and how you want it to handle

ok, because i'm lookin at some that are on a DC teg but supposedly they fit 88-00 civics too.

the only thing different would be the spring rates right?

and the teg springs would have higher rates because they're heavier right?.

i can put up with alot of stiffness and i'm gonna be taking it autocrossing so i guess i should look for anything over 400.
