Default plx m-300 wideband install

i plan on installing the wideband unit in my glovebox.

i have a pretty good idea on how to wire up the power and ground.

what i need help is, how do i route the wire through the firewall connecting the m300 unit and the wideband o2 sensor on my test pipe? what hole on the firewall should i go through?

also, how can i run only 1 o2 sensor using the m300 o2 sensor going to both the m300 unit and the ecu so i dont throw a code with future datalogging capabilities???

please help

the M300 has a simulated narrow band outpuf for normal use so you can run it all the time. I've had mine in my hatch for over a year now with no problems.
I ran the O2 line through one of the small plugs in the firewall. On my EG there was one just above where the passenger's feet would sit. But it's not easy to find or thread the plug through there.

until some idiot comes by in the night stealing your ****... make it removable, so you can take it with you... it's the only sane advice I got for you.

datalogging my setup shows that it's about the same as any of the graphs that I've seen for O2 voltage output.
But I've never ran both so I can have a true compare.
