Default Exhaust Smoke Help!!!

When i accelerate on first from a dead stop and go all the way to the red line, when i start getting up to 5.5-7k rpm my exhaust will start spewing all this smoke. also note that this is doing it from a semi-cold start.

It never did that until i did my y8 intake mani swap on my y7...

Ive seen this before.

Make sure you hooked up all the right coolant lines. I F***ed my motor over in a matter of minutes cause of this awhile back. Going from the downdraft to the standard Y8\Z6 style I/M can be tricky and if you dont know the way manifolds are hooked up, you can really screw up. Look up Diagrams of where coolant lines run. Most likely you confused a coolant with a vaccum and are pouring coolant into your intake. Take care of this right now or else your motor will really suffer.

The Only coolant lines you should have, is one running up behind the Manifold to the Right IAC nipple from the back of the block. The second should go from the Left IAC nipple to the device Underneath the TB ( I forget the name, ive never had issues with it before, lol), and then it runs back to the area by the Dizzy where all the other coolant lines meet.

The issue between Y7 to Y8 Swaps is that the Y7 doenst use some of the same coolant lines, becuase the IAC is all Located on the TB, rather than the back of the manifold.

Make sure those are the only ones running coolant, the others are vaccum.

It's coolant; do a compression check.

It could be a leaking head gasket, cracked head, or it could be leaking in from the coolant passage in the intake manifold.

Why are you redlining without a fully warm engine?
