Default Anyone have issues with Energy Suspenion inserts popping out?

When putting some paint on my crank pulley yesterday so that I could see the timing marks easier, I noticed that my insert had popped out on the driver's side.

It is actually the outside of the two peices of the insert that came out. One of the ties that goes through them broke. I did not have any bolts to replace the ties with, so I used 3 Zip ties for a fix.

I still have an issue though. The outside insert does not fit correctly at the top. I can squeeze it in, but it will immediately pop out.
Has anyone drilled extra holes in the insert to put another tie / bolt through? If so, what kind of bolt is best to use for this?

I noticed that one of my supplied zip ties broke also... I will more than likely replace it with another zip tie.

Sure did. The mount had broken completely, so I started with a brand new torque mount and brand new E S inserts

Ah, I did not think about using zip ties around the mount. I might give that a shot. I did think about taking the mount off and drilling through the upper portion and being able to put in more zip ties or perhaps bolts.

The supplied zip ties are weak IMHO, they broke on the lower AC torque mount. I used two large zip-ties and they've been fine, been over a year now easily.
