f20c 4-1 header, not your usual design

found this whilst looking over japanese auction sites.

anyone recognise who makes it?

ugly, but i see a lot of things wrong with this header

looks like a Feel's or M-bit header......

should be 48.6 - 60.5 collector

collector just looks a little too small...other than that it looks good!

i was talking about the flat out runners.. who would say 4-1 and 4-2-1 simillar..
