Hey I plan on getting a Civic EG/EK soon and I know they often can get rust in random places but mostly the rear quarter panel fender. Well if I happen to find one I like mechanically but has some rust, how much do I need to spend to remove the rust? I plan on doing the work myself. What is the cheapest way to get rid of rust?
