DPFI from hell! have a question.
i just swaped a A6 into a DPFI four door with a shaved .020 or .20 whatever it is and it has no power from idle to about 6000 and i was wondering if it would take that much more fuel to make it run correctly with higher compression?
he plans on doing a tuned MPFi setup soon but we want something to beat on right now.
yes i know single slammers are junk, so dont say "why the hell would you do that"
thanks.

just did and now it seems to be running out of fuel above 4500 or so.

something's wrong. Not just the fuel issue.
If the a6 is getting fed the same map as the dx It should have at least the same power as the dx. It would be lean throught the power band but mostly up top.
It should run almost the same (not any slower) as the dx with the dpfi it will just be lean.
Fuel is not your issue. (I wouldnt reccomend running it like that for a long time)

You dont know what???
That has nothing to do with your problem. How much was it shaved? It will just bump up your compression.... not make the car run worse than a dx.

more compression means more fuel. running lean wound make it slower.
