he is telling the OP to list what mods are done to his car because honestly if any of us called someone for help and said that I can smell gas and oil and I think my car is running rich, I guarantee that they are not going to know where to start without knowing more info on the car.
So far we know d15b, 1 degree retartded, stock fpr, and a non working cel. Like what have you done recently to your car? How many miles? How old are the O2 sensors? Do you have any oil leaks...? stuff like this. Dont just start out saying that you have a problem without giving more info.

hey man check for the obvious first like leaks from the fuel filter, injectors, fuel rail, etc etc. Then if you can't find any leaks take the dipstick out and smell it. If it smells like gas really bad you may have bad piston rings. How does the car run? there are many reasons for problems so be specific and give a lot of detail. It helps the diagnosis go so much easier. Goodluck man.
U can feel fuel in the oil? just want to make sure that I am reading correctly. If done correctly a long blink of the cel is 10 and in the stickies is a list of cel codes and what they are.
But if fuel is in the oil then like what neil619 said good chance it is rings. Do a leak down test and compression test and let us know what the readings are.
