type r rear control arms on an EK?
Hey i have an EK hatch with type r suspension. I bought the car with the suspension on it and i need the aluminum rear control arms b/c one of them is bent. Now, would civic control arms work or do i need integra type r control arms? How can i tell the difference and not screw up and order the wrong one? Thanks
You need Type-R specific control arms for Type-R specific shocks. The bottoms of the Type-R units are ball and socket-looking units, so the control arms that correspond to them have cups that the struts rest in. The Civic units are straight across and the shocks have a fork at the bottom that you string a bolt through.

Yes, so you need to replace with Civic LCAs.
