Civic 00 SI > CEL > 45 O2 sensor Fuel is too rich ? Help PLEASE!
Okay, let's get this out of the way, i'm a noob with this whole engine stuff. But anyways, I need some help.
My tags expire in May so I guess I have some time. I went to Emmissions twice already and they said my car was "unready" because I haven't driven it enough yet and they said someone reseted the system by changing the battery or something. After the 2nd try, I went home to clean the engine since it was hot and I barely drive the car. Anyways, I used dilluted Simple green and cleaned around the head, intake manifold, and around the outside of the block. I start the car to take my buddy to work and what do you know... "Check Engine" light! I take it to autozone to get it checked and it says something about my 02 sensor and that it's running "too rich". I have nitrous in my car but I haven't used it for a couple months. ANy help would be great... I called the local motorsports shop and they charge about $85/hr. and i'm tryin to save as much money as I can. Here's more about the engine if it helps:
B18C1
ITR headers
ITR cams
ITr shift linake
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
Iridium Spark Plugs w/NGK wires?
And hmm... Before I went to Emissions, I did change the intake to a brand new K&N SR Typhoon intake. But it wasn't check engine light at all until I went home, cleaned the engine, and started the car...
Any help would be awesome.

so you're a noob but you have nitrous? wtf?
anyway, is your IAT still located in the intake arm, or manifold where it belongs? Otherwise unplug your front O2 sensor and take a multimeter to it and test it.

well I helped a buddy hook up the nitrous since he was the expert. Anyways, the IAT isn't in all the way because the rubber around it is kinda thick. I've tried shaving it off. SHould I keep shaving more rubber off till it reaches "inside" the intake tube?
