Default 91 Accord Tachomter Jumps

My accord has a problem with the tach jumping. Periodically when I press on the gas the tach will bounce around. Lately it's been bouncing and dipping. When it dips it sounds like it's bogging out and going to stall. I can't figure out if it's an igintion problem or the distributor.

Tach bouncing and engine stumbles are usually a sign of a coil shorting out.
On your car I'd replace both Coil and Ignitor, as well as replace the plugs if they have a super sized gap and rounded off electrode

I'm looking at my Chilton's book and it doesn't mention anything about a ignition coil or ignitor. It has a self timing distributor.

It's a 1991 Accord LX.
