Default Use stock type r ecu or tune with hondata?

My car is currently turbo right now, but I'm soon to be selling everything and going all motor. I will be swapping in a type r motor and I have the hondata s200b in my car right now. My question is, do I use the stock type r ecu alone? or can I use the s200 to have it tuned with even though its also got the boost option? What would you guys do?

use your current ecu and retune with the s200. the boost option doesnt mean anything since you dont have boost anymore.

Unless it has been modified for VTEC operation, no. It also will not have the knock sensor board if you care about that. Neither does a P28.

i was assuming you already had a vtec ecu. you can convert that ecu to run vtec.

All of the P73 (ITR) ECUs are OBDII. Hondata is not applicable.
