Default notchy shifting

when i got my integra, it was not as notchy as it is now. i was able to slip into 1st with a lot less effort. going from 1st to 2nd it isnt smooth, rather notchy.

whats going on here?
is the transmission going?
need new fluid?

bud i dont' know, but i got my teg a year ago and had same issue, its like i had to notch around something from 1-2 gear, it sucked cause it caused me to miss 2nd alot when racing. but as of this moment, my car is sitting up waiting on a new tranny to come in, some shifter fork inside it broke completely in half,- was this prob caused by the notching over the last year, i don't know. just tellling you

Go pickup the GM Synchromesh High Friction Formula fluid and do a tranny flush with the fluid and then change it again with the GM Synchromesh fluid. It should help you with the shifting notch. If the fluid doesn't work after a few thousand miles...you might need to get a tranny someday

You might also want to check your linkage under the car. Something could of hit your shift rod, stabilizer, or shifter from underneath. Just a thought.
