93 civic wont start unless push started then it runs fine when you shut it off and try to start it again the motor turns over at normal speed or it turns over slowly or it wont turn over at all when it does turn over at normal speed the battery drains within 3 or 4 times of trying to start had my starter tested and its ok battery is ok alt charges batt fine even with lights and stereo on. help ! any ideas?

 

All symptoms point to battery how do you know the battery is good.
