Default 97 Civic Front vs. 99 Civic Front

I've got a 97 Civic LX and I'm looking into doing the body on it. I am wondering if anyone knows whether I could use a 99 front bumper cover on my 97? It looks as though they're the same car, just that the 99 has those fake air dams on the front, but do they both fasten on the same and in the same spots?

No, you can't use the bumper without converting the whole front end.

Holy rice burner! How many times does this have to be covered.

You need:
front bumper
headlights
fenders
hood
some people argue about need the rad support.

Alright, thanks, guess I'll have to stick with the stock-style one. By any chance does anyone know a cheap place to get body parts in Canada, or atleast a place that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for shipping to Canada?

you can use your rad support, you just have to make two small cuts in the bumper to make it fit up tight.
