If you read that you will get the jist of it all. But nutshell story.

84mm golden eagle sleeved block. I bought it met him at his parents house drove 2hours to pick it up. didnt take a real good look at it it was late and I am tired. Kinda looked like older GE sleeves. Get home go to bed wake up and really look. STOCK SLEEVES. Just top give him the benifit of the doubt. I PM golden eagle. Not theirs. So I call him back. He says he has no idea and that it cant be. So after about a week of him telling em that he has to run to the bank to get the money all the sudden he say that he wont give it back cause I bought it. I tried to explain that I bought it thinking that it was sleeved. So I tell him I will take it to small claims court. He has one of his drunk buddies call me saying that he is his laywer and I wont get my money back so dont even go to court it is a waste of time.


Well the kid filled out a bill of sale when he sold me the block saying GE sleeved and signed it. I saved all internet conversations and pics. I go see my free attorny tomorrow (military is good for somthing) So i hope it works out.

I dont see how people can do this. it is people like him that sport compacts are looked down upon. Theives and scammers.

Yeah he filled out a bill of sale saying: I skyler spring sold my 84mm golden sleeved GSR b18c1 block to Nick --------, For $650 on April 2nd 2007.

then he signed and dated it.

All i want is my money back.

back in december.
i was going to buy this block from this guy for $900
but he told me that the block was sleeved by Greens automotive in lynwood WA(cant remember well)
after he told me that i was like( im not buying this ****)
He also told me that his friend from Extreme auto salon in federal way sold the block to him.

 

what an *** bag dude , , you are a very lucky guy to have honda-tech and golden eagle their selves on your back on this case , looks to be an easy case!! keep us posted man! GL with this too!! Bump it up!

 

Talked to an attorney today. To see if the case was even worth paying the fees to get the papers and have them served. She said i had a really good case and that I should win so off to the small claims court tomorrow. I bought the block for $650. Drove 2hours there and 2hours back. and have lost a considerable amount of time on my project how much do you think I should file for to get back out of this *** hat????

serious.. sue for lost money and lost time.. also there will be filing fees for teh court so ge for all of that.. Charge for the gas money you drive to see a lawyer, and keep records of every cent spent from you buying it up to teh day you meet him in court... A judge is very likely to side with you if you keep meticulous records of it all..
