like title says.. any gsr owners out there with cams or IHE or b16 tranny.. etc.. was wondering whats your MPG..

 

98 gsr dc2, just installed: exedy clutch kit w/ 9.5 lb flywheel, has modified oem intake sys, greddy 4-1 header, type r cat, apexi n1 exhaust, obd1 converted hondata ecu. avg 26 mpg using shell v-power w/ bg 44k fuel sys enhancer. no dynos yet, waiting for clutch break-in b4 getting track times. before hondata getting 30 mpg.

 

thx.. is that 26mpg on the highway? or city driving

I have a 2000GSR w/ 80k or so. The only motor mod is an SRI.

I get about 27mpg in winter, 31mpg or so in summer. This is mostly shorter trips, and stop-go traffic. Not heavy city all the time, but not light.

Last time I took it on a long trip with only highway, I got about 36mpg.

 

about 22-26 but i like to rip around abit to

 

99 GSR with 83,000 - ITR Pistons, ITR full exhaust, DC 4-1 Header, Tuned on VAFC

27-29 MPG mixed highway/city.

 

97 gsr 140km dc 4-2-1 header, apexi ws catback, short ram intake, depending upon what i put in the tank made a pretty big difference about 360 miles to a tank on shell v-power, so like 30-32mpg

 

oh and the iab's open on a regular basis

i have a 95 gsr with an iceman cai(sri right now) dc ceramic coated 4-2-1 2piece header, ngk iridium spark plugs, ngk spark plug wires, running royal purple 5w30 oil. im getting about 380 miles on 76 gas. i also have 220,xxx miles on the motor. most of the roads i drive on are 55mph speed limit and mainly freeway miles.

380 miles/tank???

76 gas????

 

I have Injen SRI, OBX 4-2-1 Header, Apexi WS2 exhaust, and i get about 29 MPG.. I get around 350miles per tank

 

94 gsr with 195k miles on it..... comptech ice box system, skunk2 IM, ctr intake cam, skunk2 cam gears, comptech 4-2-1 ss header, high flow cat, apexi ws2 catback, and custom mild map chipped p28 made by me......

Averaging around 24-26 mpg from highway and city driving....getting around 28-34'ish all highway.
