CTR pistons in b16

i was looking threw some forums and i saw that someone said you cannot have CTR pistons and skunk 2 stage 2 cams in a b16....is that true becuase i am planning to order this soon

You're the one who read it??!! Can't you ask the person who posted it originally? I've never heard of it though...and have friends who've used CTR pistons/Toda spec C cams.

i think you're thinking of a ls.vtec with pr4 rods and ctr pistons. that cannot be done as the pistons slam into the head.

i think you're thinking of a ls.vtec with pr4 rods and ctr pistons. that cannot be done as the pistons slam into the head.

We've done it before...LSVtec with CTR pistons..No problem. You just have to clay it to make sure, so you know how much you can work with when adjusting/advance timing.
