My friends got a 94 integra 2door, it rained 2 days ago and opened his trunk today and his trunk was filled with water. Has anyone else had the same problems or kno where its coming from and how to fix it?

check this article http://www.team-integra.net/se...D=546

most tegs have that problem...it might be coming from the opening between the tail lights and your body...you gotta search it there should be a article and pictures of it...but all you gotta do is get some silicone and fill in the gap between the taillight and the body

If it has a sunroof, you should also check the two drain hoses... They run behind the side panels, and are kinda a pain in the a$$ to get too, but i hear sometimes they disconnect themselves - draining water into your spare tire well

Check your taillight seals and check the seal around the trunk as well. There may be a tear in it.

If you like working on your car(s) take apart the interior trim peices and have a friend sit in the car while someone else uses the hose on it and see where the water is comming in from and chase it from there.

water was leaking into my teg and my friends teg too. I used black silicone to seal up the leak which was coming from the tailights.

It is most likely either the 2 drain tubes from the sunroof if it has one, or the 1 drain tube from the electric antenna. Sometimes these hoses get clogged or un-plugged and they let water into the hatch area.

Hi,
Thanks for the pics. Could you take pics a little further out so we can see the point of reference to the light?
Thanks.
