Default Stanely Sidemarkers

I'm trying to install the sidemarkers. I just need ideas on how to get the hole in the fender. I've made a template and traced the hole on the fender, but, I dont want to use my cutter wheel. I feel that it might not be accurate enough. Any other ideas?

I dunno how it is on car parts, but I've usually done a couple holes inside the cut all the way around with a drill (slowly press in to not dent) then sand or cut down the little edges down to right length, that way you get an awesome fit rather than cut too big or wide

Drill a couple big holes (as many as you can fit in your template area), and use a dremel to shape. I did this on my old 200sx but i used an air saw and die grinder.
Remember to tape off the area around the template area so you dont scratch your paint. Good luck.

i used one of those huge stickers that look like a sheet of paper, stuck it on the fender, measured, measured, measured, measured, measured, then drew the whole and cut with a dremel(the paper prevented anything from scratching the paint) and slowly adjusted it until it was a really tight fit.

Depending on the shape, you could use a small hole saw to take out the majority of it and then just finish it off with the dremel, that would save a lot of work. I'd take the fender off and hole saw it from the inside out so you don't dent the panel.
