What are the best settings for daily driving, i had another thread but it seems that there was too much mismatch information going on so i was redirected here....hopefully pros can come out of the woodwork and help me out.

I have KYB AGX's and H&R springs on right now, what are the best daily driven settings meaning (not track/race/anything that doesnt involve driving from home to work to school) Settings for the front and the rears.....i lost the manual some where so i forget which way is to stiffen and or soften.
