The wires on the new fan have a female and male connection. but... really the best way would be cut the plug off your stock fan and butt connect it to the slim fan wires. Wrap with E tape and call it a day. Wish we could get those stock fan connectors.. that would be player. 
just might do that for you guys. Ill look into it so its a direct bolt in.

67$...if thats what the store says thats it, not 80$ i just used usps.com to get a price for you so our store calculator must be different.
Ill leave it at 215 for two more days... 5-9-07 it will go up for these last few orders on here, sorry about the delay on PMs we are working on a few drift cars and manifold orders.
If your going to replace a slim radiator it drops right in like stock, if your going to replace a long radiator you have to get creative. I know you can order that top mount for the slim radiator at honda for about $10.
None for the TL but if you like custom check out the mishimoto site and pick a radiator close to yours as far as size and inlet/outlet positions. We use radiators for civics in the Focus and BMW sometimes. You just need some hardware and some aluminum to make brackets. Always turns out clean and has that custom look to it.
