Default Access to radio antenna?

Apoligize in advance if theres a thread already.....Im looking to just disable my antenna, as I have no use for fm/am stations. I still use the cd player though. I looked at the trunk and I dont see any panels, except the left and right panels for rear strut tower. Any help?

you have to pull back the plastic panel where the antenna is, there will be a plug, disconnect it.

Just put a switch for the antenna in the ashtray area in case you need it in the future.

Pull your radio, find the "power antenna" wire in the harness, cut it, crimp a male connector on one side and a female on the other. Your power antenna will no longer come up until you plug the two wire halves back together. Desired result... easily reversed

Oooor, just put in a $3 switch from radio shack. More aesthetically pleasing result.

Trust me it's much easier to take out the HU than the interior rear trim panel... That trim panel is one large piece that runs from the door to the boot... also requires you to remove the back seat to get to it. Not that difficult, just more work than pulling out the HU....
