Default Miscellaneous Questions from a noob. Please help! (Master keys & alarm)

I just bought a 01' prelude and I have some questions for you guys to help my out with it.

1. I have Viper 791 and planned to install in the car. I have located all the necessary wires. But,
a). Do I need a Honda Type B (Prelude & Acura RL 1998-2002) Transponder Bypass PKH1? (Found this on this link: http://www.velocitymotorsport....r.htm) Besides this link any better deal to buy this transponder?
b). How am I going to connect that to Viper?
c). Do I need to detach or take off factory alarm?

2. I have bad luck to obtain all the original master keys, gray key, learning key and even worst, no key number plate. Previous owner had somesort cheap "ilco" key which the immobilizer can read and no problem with it.
a). Is that mean the previous owner has bypass the immobilizer?
b). If I want to have all those 3 keys and key number plate, Can I provide my VIN to dealership and get those keys duplicate along with key number plate?

3. During the cold condition, light white smoke is coming out from the exhaust.
a). Is that possible previous owner used grade 87 gas?
b). Or is that possible i need to have spark plug replace?

4. Besides all that, the only thing bothered me is trunk lid was misaligned. It should have a shallow depth right after the rear windshield (between body panel and trunk lid). But mine, it was aligned with the body panel. I hope you guys know what I am talking here. Yes, previous owner changed the trunk lid.
a). Is there possible to align it back to factory?

5. This lude has 57K on it. Shift nice and smooth no burnt smell on the fluid BUT the transmission fluid look dark and brownish to me. Do I need to send to Honda dealer to do the so called "Honda AT 3 times flush"?

That's all from me so far. I know some of the questions up there sounded pretty dumb to you guys, but please do help me out. I would be very appreciated and be a happy man!

I've tried to search these topics through the seach engine but I failed to find anything.

Thank you very much all guys!

As far as the key goes, it sounds like the immobilizer is bypassed, but im not sure how to know for sure. When I lost my keys, it cost me about $200-300 for 2 keys and the red key. I got it done at the dealership and all they need was the VIN. Good luck with the other stuff

white smoke coming out of the exhaust in cold conditions is normal. get it all the time here in michigan during winter and a good part of spring....

after the car warms up it goes away so dont worry about it.

even if the previous owner used non-premium gas...it wouldnt wreck the engine. just use premium from here on out and u'll be fine...

also it wouldnt be a bad idea to change out the tranny fluid. you dont know when the last time it was changed. its not an expensive thing to do and it'll give u peace of mind.

brown tranny fuild isnt good either so get that changed.

Thanks a lot jordanb1 & NukeeZoid.

OMG, $200-$300 dollars for black, gray and red key? That's going to s*ck up my pocket dry!

I am still waiting someone's help on Alarm and Transponder bypass setup.

yeah, the price is high, but when i lost my keys i had them change the locks too (forgot to mention that), so it will probably be cheaper for you. Good luck

Finally, got the lost key problem solved.
Went to hondaautomotiveparts.com buy the entire immobilizer which comes with a red learning key and a black master key. Bring it to dealer and hook it up for me. Still keeping the same key configuration but different immobilizer code.

There's another question for a noob like me.

At the driver side, bottom kick panel (which set aside the foot rest), I found an orange with silver dot wire unhook? (the wire has a male connector hooked on it) Is this normal?

Please help!

Thank you.
