Default h22 running lean

i have a h22 type s in a 94 accord and it runs lean constantly and v-tec does not kick in where do i start to get it running right?

Are you using H22 injectors and ecu? Who wired this swap?

Start by changing your handle there "hondatunnerboy"

I bit more info would help out a bit, as per accord2021...
Was this a complete swap? or did you get the parts separately? VTEC ECU? ECU chipped? If you can make a list of what you had changed in your 94 would help a lot.
