Default Greddy E-manage??

I have a OBD2 B16a in a 96 coupe and I was wondering about the differences between the 92-95 greddy kit and the 99-00 si kit. Other than $1000, what are the differences between the kits?? Could I not just buy the 92-95 turbo kit, a B series manifold and re-program the E-manage for the 99-00 si?? This seems like it would save me a good chunk of money.

I would say yes, but you're defeating the purpose of the Greddy kit, which is to be street legal (srock kit). I think once you apply one engine-specific turbo setup to another engine, you've nullified the CARB stickers that would otherwise keep you from getting that slap on the wrist that we all hate.

I'd say that if you have this in mind for the sake of saving money, that you ought to look into piecing together your own kit. Either way, it's gonna be illegal, so why not just save a TON of money, right?

If you have the B16a, id say go with the Greddy kit for the SI, for emmision purposes
