body rust
hey guys. I know this has been touched on before, but when I searched, I found a lot of different responses.. I have a tiny bit of rust on the front fender, where it meets the bumper, from where I hit something. It's one or two very tiny patches. I just don't want them to spread is all. What do I need to do, just sand it and bondo it something?... any advice would be great, thanks
take the bumper off, sand the fender, smooth, get a paint can from autozone, (primer) got to the delaership for the oem paint in a spray can, what you want to do is to get the surface as smooth as possible, primer, wet sand, and paint, wetsand and clear
oh yea make sure you snad all the rust off before you paint bla bla bla,
wetsand paper (aka finishing snad paper)
clear coat spray
primer
oem can of spray paint from dealership

Agree with both of them, especially the HOTNESS factor!!!! Just make sure if your going to use spray paint, mask the area to prevent overspray and stuff like that. Maybe you can post a pic of you...I mean your car so people can see where the damage is and the best solution.
