Will a Dohc zc header fit a 96 civic dx motor
Please don't give out inaccurate information.
You can bolt a ZC header on your DX, but the exhaust ports will not match up exactly.
You'll also need a cat, since the DX manifold has the cat built-in.

The mismatch is minor, and it will bolt on just fine. Conversely, people often use D-series headers on their ZC swaps with no issues.

If your really worried about the port mismatch, take the exhaust manifold gasket from the dx and line it up with the ZC flange. Then use something like a sharpie to mark the area's that don't match up. Next, bust out the die grinder to open it up a bit....just don't take out too much material.
