I need a pic showing how and why you need to cut the plastic cover since the bar goes straight across...thanks

 

I have an OMP rear bar, you do need to cut the plastic. Pull off the cover on each side and you will see that the top of the shock is sunken about 2 inchs lower than the plastic paneling so in order to mount the bar you need to cut a slot about 2 inchs deep and the same width as the bar in order to get it on. havent got a photo, but you dont really need one, just look under the covers at each side.

 

there you go hope it works, damn imagestation...

 

You need to delete everything after .jpg in order for the picture to come out.
