Default couple problems

i have a couple problems after my LS swap into my 88 civic hatch.

1) i have a check engine light for code 9 and 43. Cylinder position sensor and fuel supply system. are they related, the sensor is good according to measuring resistance across the terminals. can anyone help me on deagnosing these codes

2) the engine will only get to normal operating temperature when driving for at least half an hour at high rpms, like on the interstate, otherwise it stays on or below the C. the it never really gets hot enough to turn on the fan.

3) it wont idle at all unless it is warmed up(which is hard, due to the #2 problem) im not getting any codes for the IAC though.

can anyone help me with these, thanks in advance

I'm not completely sure if you have to as I didn't do my LS swap, although I did do a obd0 to obd1 swap on it. Make sure your distributor is wired up right (as I said I don't know if you have to change it for the swap). Within the distributor is the cylinder position sensor.

You may also want to check your timing. Make sure cylinder 1 is TDC with the distributor wheel pointing at cylinder 1 plug wire link (don't know the correct term for it). Once you have that matched up check your cams and crank.
