Default coverting your hard brake lines to stainless steel braid lines...

Ok, so while my engine is out, I am wanting to do this. I am also wanting to mount my proporion valve somewhere other than on the side of the frame/engine bay.

will I have to worry about the the lines expanding? b/c I know brake fluid expands when it gets hot. Will I have anything to worry about?

to move the prop valve to the firewall. no real gain except a cleaner look. i wonder if i could just use civic hard lines?

I would use as many hard lines as you can. You can get some pre-made straight lines from the auto parts store and they're not that hard to bend if you get a tubing bender...I just think that several yards of SS line would flex too much plus it's pretty expensive.

true...but what about mounting the lines to the firewall, that way there would be less flex...

Yeah, I meant expanding and making the pedal more and more mushy. I think it would be a lot of trouble for you with no real performance benefit (probably a loss) and it would be expensive.
