Bought the motor and the rear brakes from a 1991 Integrafor $$450.



Started To do the rear brake conversion.

like the op said its a project....hope you fix the rear brake paint though...try at least rattle can paint. just my opinion. keep up the work

Respect would be letting this car enjoy it's junkyard time.

This build up is about as rude as if you dug up my great uncle to dance some Polka with him.

Now, now ladies, give the guy a chance. You've got an *** load of work ahead of you to get that thing on the road again, but you seem dedicated and that's very important. Even though I don't agree with some things you're doing (VTEC sticker on non-VTEC vehicle, painted calipers / rotors, painting with a brush, starting with a junkyard car), I wish you the best of luck with your build. Good Luck .

 

Please dude before you put that motor in the car clean that bay up. It does look pretty ruff. But you can always work on it over time. Just doing a tuck and new paint to the bay while the motor is out would save you alot of time.

Also why did you paint your rears white? And why with a brush? Either way I will be watching this just to see that you "hopefully" turn this around. Good luck and welcome to HT!

 

Already cleaned engine bay and will be painting the engine bay and doing wire tuck this week. By the way i painted the rears to see how the look painted white i will be swapping out the rear rotors for slotted ones and will be painting the claipers with real paint. I still have no idea what white im going to paint the car , im going for the white off the 2006 Honda Civic SI. Will be posting up the pictures soon, I know theres alot of work to be done but IT CAN BE DONE!

Its your car but painting your calipers and stuff is kinda outdated.

Well you got a long road ahead of you! Good luck...just stop with all the painting of calipers and such...Like someone said...its outdated by far. Don't get caught up with trends...build it clean and right the first time
