Use Hondabond to plug any oil passages.

Use the headgasket that corresponds with the new head to check which oil passages need to be plugged.

That's what most of done. The Accord FAQ has links in the "swap" section for other head swaps. You can check those out to get a better idea of what you'll be up against.

thanks, i'll check up on that, although most swaps about the f22b1 are people who put the b1 vtec head on a f22ax block etc...any other ideas?

I think what philadd meant about checking the Accord FAQ was to see how others have plugged the oil passages, not on how to do the swap exactly.
