exhaust burble ?

does anyone know what causes you exhaust to burble at idle or right when you take your foot off the gas?

Resonation. My stock ITR exhaust burbles when Ive ran the car for a while.

I thought it had something to do with the internal resonator material burning out, my mugen system now burbles when i'm going downhill and letting the car ride in 2nd or 3rd gear without giving it any gas.
