P75 vs P06
OK...so I have a 92 civic lx.... with a D16Y7, just converted to stick. Started misfiring and backfiring like a ****. Thought it was the Automatic P06 ECU acting up after I converted it by removing resistors and stuff... After DAYS of headaches, turns out my cheap sparkplug wires went bad at the same time (thang god for lifetime waranty... 6th replacement now!). Just got new wires and ALLLLLL perfect. In the mean time, my friend gave me his old P75 ecu to see if it would fix the misfiring. Installed it with no luck.. ran the same.. So anyway.. Now that I fixed the problems with the spark plug wires, can I just leave this P75 ecu in my car or should I just plug back in my P06 and sell the P75? The p75 doesnt feel much different at all I dont think. Still has the same crappy rev limiter at 6,800 and stuff... What should I do?
