help i need synchros ef with b16a1

hi i have a ef hatch 1990 it has a b16a1 with a 5 speed i believe its a y1 tranny, my 3rd gear synchro is gone i was wondering what synchros fit this tranny will any b series tranny work? i know that the clutch ***. from a 90-91 intergra work will the synchros from that work also?

please help
