quick fuel pressure questions

prime- 40
idle- 30
blip the throttle- 40

are these values on the low side? my mech said my fpr is failing.

what should the pressure readings be for prime, idle, blip throttle

heres mine.
prime @ 50
idle @ 42
blip throttle between 50 - 54
if you dont have any. try investing on fuel pressure regulator. there cheap.
